Link Box, Mini Linkbox - Acculight System


	Acculight System is the picking system of Pick-To-Light and Put-To-Light. We provide the work support system utilizable for improvement in the productivity of all physical distribution work.




	The Link Box exchanges data with the control computer via TCP/IP socket communication over Ethernet to control the Acculight System.

Link Box [375mm(W) x 100mm(H) x 360mm(D)]

- A maximum of 160 Answer Kits, 5 signal lights and 1 batch display can be connected. (Depends on the quantity of devices)
- Each Link Box has IP address. Control PC connect Link Box by socket.
- The input power from AC100V to AC240V is availavle. - The output power is DC12V.

Mini Link Box [186mm(W) x 45mm(H) x 100mm(D)]

- Mini Link Box has the same function as Linkbox. Mini Link Box has also IP address.
- A maximum of 24 Answer Kits can be connected. - The input power is DC24V.
- The output power is DC12V.

- Control PC connect the controller by pire to pier. And The controller convert the signal from control PC and send the signals to Answer Kit through Junction Box. - The controller send the signals to the nearest Junction Box. - In order to send the signals by serial, the signal speed is lower and lower, if there are many Junction Box.		- Control PC can control Link Box by parallel communication because of Ethernet. - The control speed doesn't be affected by any system structure.
