What is an Acculight System?

Acculight System supports the work of picking, sorting, etc. which is working in a physical distribution base using the list of paper. Acculight System is a system for working without a list using the device with the quantity display and the colored LED lamp which are called Answer-Kit. It will raise the productivity of work to more than twice and the quality of work to 10 or more times compared with work with a list. We can supply efficient work environment.

Acculight System connects LinkBox with DOS/V PC by Ethernet, and controls the display device of Answer-Kit or others attached in the shelf or the cart. A operator can do picking work to Answer-Kit directed with PC.

Acculight System is used at various physical distribution base, a delivery center, such as a warehouse treating various goods, and a production plant.

The goods mainly dealt with in such a place are daily necessaries, clothing, miscellaneous goods, home electronics, interior design, books, medicine, a processed food, and an industrial part in an inventory warehouse. And in a passed type delivery center, they are freezing, a perishable food, etc.

Compared with conventional methods that use slips and picking lists, the paperless system greatly enhances productivity and keeps errors to a minimum.

Operators can do work, without looking for a thing, without reading without having a list. Moreover, operators can walk along the shortest distance and can use both hands freely.
Operators do not make a mistake in reading a list and misunderstands neither goods nor a place.
