What is Put-To-Light?

A Work for 'Sorting' (Put-To-Light)
Answer-Kit is installed in the shelf or the lack on which the box or the cart for shipping are put. This system is a work support system for sorting goods and parts without a picking list for every destination. If a operator scans the barcode of goods or parts, the control computer which received the information on the barcode will display the shipment quantity of the goods and parts on Answer-Kit.
Data is received by via network or a removable media to the control PC before picking work. And the application on control computer should be start.
 
Answer-Kit is set each location which a operator picks. Operators pick the quantity displayed on Answer-Kit. By installing Acculight System, even if a picking work is not done by a knowledgeable veteran's operator, it can be immediately given to anyone.
 
Operators will push the button of Answer-Kit, when they will have sorted goods. Therefore, operators can work easily, without looking for a thing, without reading, without having a picking list. A operator can be picking in the shortest distance by the outstanding visibility which Answer-Kit has. Since operators can use both hands freely, so, the efficiency of work improves.
 
Acculight System can let the reading mistakes by the picking list and picking mistakes which have always been a problem for operators go away. And misunderstanding goods and locations by operators also goes away.
